Shipping Policy
Label Tanvee is presently providing shipping worldwide.
Domestic Orders
(a) Free shipping on all orders of value INR 2000/- and above.
(b) For domestic orders below 2000/- shipping would be charged extra:-
- Flat INR 100/-
(c) Time to ship :5-7 working days

International Orders
For international orders shipping charges at actuals and would be visible on the cart itself after you provide the shipping address. The cost would depend on the number of dresses and delivery country. Slabs are as follows:-

1-2 dresses : Flat Rate 1
3-5 dresses : Flat Rate 2
Shipping Channels : Fedex/ Aramex
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, kindly email us within 12 hrs of placing the order. Orders once processed (under manufacturing stage) cannot be cancelled. Cancellations would be at sole discretion of our team at Label Tanvee.

International orders cannot be cancelled due to logistics constraints.
Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed for you. However, in case you still require to exchange/ return the products, please write to us at hello@labeltanvee.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please note the below points:-

1. The garment should be in its original condition, with the tags and packaging attached.
​
2. Once your exchange/return is approved via email, we'll share our address for you to courier it back.
​
3. In case of return, the refund will be provided in the form of STORE CREDIT valid for 30 days from the date of issuing.
​
4. Exchange is allowed only once, please make sure to select the right size and read product details while placing the order, reach out to us on Instagram or website chat if required
​
5. Customized products or products purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
​
6. Sale orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
​
7. Jewelry and other accessories are not eligible for return/ exchange unless defective or damaged.

Refund back to source is applicable only in the below cases -
​
(a) You received a damaged or wrong product (we will initiate reverse pickup in this case).
​
(b) The size of the product does not match with the ordered item or size
If you are eligible for a refund, we will receive the amount to the payment source/bank account in 5-7 working days.
